RE: PUSHING SNOW ONTO ROADWAYS

No person or persons shall deposit or cause to be deposited any snow, ice or other debris onto any highway or municipal road allowance within the municipality.

Your co-operation is anticipated.

Chapter 251 of The Municipal Act, 2001 requires the Township of James to give notice of the passage of certain by-laws.

‘Draft’ By-Law 25-11 is scheduled to be adopted at the December 10th, 2025 Regular Council Meeting and is available for review at the Township Office during business hours.

By-Law 25-1: Being a By-Law to control and regulate the installation of solid fuel burning heating appliances within the Township of James

All written/oral comments or concerns regarding the by-law will be considered by Council at that time.

‘Draft’ By-Law 25-12 is scheduled to be adopted at the December 10th, 2025 Regular Council Meeting and is available for review at the Township Office during business hours.

By-Law 25-12: Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 09-13 Being a By-Law to prohibit the use of pre-fabricated metal storage units/containers (sea Containers) within the Township of James.
