Accessibility Statement

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005  has been implemented.  The Township of James has developed a training policy for Municipal Staff and Volunteers along with a Customer Service Policy.

Council will make every effort to accommodate the special needs of the public as required.

In addition, Council will ensure that any future development of property or building construction for public use will meet the standards set out in AODA regarding barrier-free access.
