By-Law 24-04 Clean Yards

The Clean Yards By-law​ 24-04​ sets out minimum standards for properties in the Township of James including some rules on litter, waste and property maintenance to help ensure that properties are safe, clean and attractive.

The Clean Yards By-law has rules regarding:

Undesirable Material
Storage of Motor Vehicles
Temporary Storage
Outside Storage of Refuse, Compost or Recyclable Material
Large Appliances
