By-Law 26-06: Being a by-law to amend by-law 72-415 & By-law 03-17 establishing a fire department

The Municipal Act, 2001 Permits the Township of James to adopt procedures, including procedures for giving notice of the passage of by-laws.

The Township of James had adopted by-law 03-01 for giving notice of the passage of by-laws as well as procedural by-law 04-01 governing the procedure for matters coming before council.

Council for the Township of James will consider adopting by-law 26-06 at the May 13th regular council meeting and will accept public submissions at that time. By-law 26-06 is available for review at the municipal office.

 Anyone who wishes to make oral or written submissions with respect to by-law 26-06 will be considered by council at that time.
