By-Law 25-11 and 25-12 deferred
The following By-Laws are deferred to the next Regular Council Meeting;
By-Law 25-11 Being a By-Law to control and regulate the installation of solid fuel burning heating appliances within the Township of James
By-Law 25-12 Being a By-Law to amend By-Law 09-13 Being a By-Law to prohibit the use of pre-fabricated metal storage units/containers (sea Containers) within the Township of James.
‘Draft’ By-Law 25-11 and ‘Draft’ By-Law 25-12 are scheduled to be adopted at the December 10th, 2025 Regular Council Meeting and are available for review at the Township Office during business hours.
