By-Law 26 - 07: Being a by-law to appoint a CAO/Clerk-Treasurer and to repeal by-law 1992-11

The Municipal Act, 2001 Permits the Township of James to adopt procedures, including procedures for giving notice of the passage of by-laws.

The Township of James had adopted by-law 03-01 for giving notice of the passage of by-laws as well as procedural by-law 04-01 governing the procedure for matters coming before council.

Council for the Township of James will consider adopting by-law 26-07 at the May 13th regular council meeting. 

All written/oral comments or concerns regarding the by-law will be considered by Council at that time.

By-law 26-07 is available for review at the municipal office.
