By-Law 26-15: Advanced Vote
The Municipal Act, 2001 permits the Township of James to adopt procedures, including procedures for giving notice of the passage of by-laws.
The Township of James has adopted By-Law 03-01 for giving notice of the passage of by-laws as well as Procedural By-Law 04-01 governing the procedure for matters coming before Council.
Council for the Township of James will adopt Draft By-Law 26-15,
BEING A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR ADVANCE VOTES TO BE HELD PRIOR TO VOTING DAY. at the September 9th, 2026 Regular Council Meeting.
Anyone who wishes to make written or oral submissions with respect to
By-Law 26-15 shall submit a request to the Township office by Friday, September 4th 4:30p.m.
